Are you kidding? Why make an app that doesnt even work?

I used to have version 3.0.1 but it forces me to update to v4
After doing so, it asked me to download an updated database... I click ok, it replied error, I click retry, and after seeing the download bar move a little, it said error... Now I will click cancel and delete this app.
