I have admit the estimated time was accurate and impressive. But this app is extremely unstable to the older devices(which means except the iPhone 4 and ipt4), even on 3GS. Running on my 3GS 4.1, every time I backgrounded some apps, always unable to load up the app. Please fix this problem and looking forward to the new update.

It doesnt even tell you which direction to take the train for quick reference, only the next stop. Should tell you the final dest, ie, lo wu if thats the direction youre headed...

I use a first gen iTouch, the app still rejects a few times before i can use it. The app completely rejects if your offline. Than, the offline data fails to download. Besides, do you really need to put ads into the app?

First time use though can make my life more easy when i go HK but now i dont think so. Keep on CRASH how to use?

A good idea for an app that is poorly designed and poorly supported. I beta tested it for them way back in August and they wiped out all the bonus points they promised without so much as an email or message of any kind. Crashes repeatedly now too I also believe that they are gleaning personal information that they shouldnt have access to....

Designed for locals but locals dont need it. Requires user to know the line the station is on before you find the station. No interactive map to choose origin/destination.

I didnt even get to use this app, had to download the update but was not successful. please fix

IT KEEPS DOWNLOADING FOREVER AND IT FORCES YOU TO QUIT THE APP IF YOU DONT WANT TO, WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?

the application is official released and kinda well designed but the update is quite boring. Once we dont need the info about the nearby places esp for a local user, we may at least use some basic functions such as checking the route or refer the map without the updates!

Works great. Shows fare and route perfectly.

Btw Im wondering what needs to be downloaded since fares change once a year! In the meantime, the app cant be used...

This is by far the worst app Ive ever seen. Even a 7-year-old could do better.

App is totally useless as the update doesnt work and forces you to close the app. I ended up deleting it.

This app doesnt even startup properly as report by other users months ago. I amazed that HK MTR has released such a crap!! Hitting the delete button.

Since the screen of iPhone is small, please add the remove ads button as the ads is extremely annoying and reduce the usable space much. This is a important issue for design a user friendly user interface. Also, the ads have not contain much commercial ads since MTR has noticeably profit and MTR is a social enterprise.

this app is awesome！！！it can work offline, tell u where u can find a certain place or even a certain shop！！i also find local delicous place to hav lunch by its searching whereabouts function！！so useful！i didnt hav any trouble with this app as commented by other users, maybe it has updated and solve the problems！

Although the function ability is great, the graphics is so bad. Please support the retina display, Apple announced retina display two years ago!

This version makes navigation easier but the initial animation delays the app from opening immediately, stops the iPod from playing my music & is totally redundant. Worse, there is no way (that I know of) to stop the animation from playing.

I was looking for something similar and surprise This is free with so many features on it. The intro flash is 5 sec and occasionally have ads but its manageable I think compares to what it offers
